Introduction By accessing or using the services, programs, or activities of Acme Educational and Social Trust (โ€œthe Trustโ€), you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. These terms are designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and mutual respect between the Trust and all stakeholders, including students, beneficiaries, volunteers, donors, and partners.


Purpose of the Trust The Trust is established with the objective of promoting education, social welfare, and community development. All activities are carried out in alignment with its mission and as per the laws governing charitable and educational institutions in India.


Eligibility Participation in Trust activities, scholarships, and welfare programs is open to eligible individuals as per the criteria set by the Trust.
The Trust reserves the right to verify documents, conduct assessments, or apply selection criteria wherever necessary.


Donations and Funding All donations made to the Trust must be genuine, lawful, and voluntary.
Donations are non-refundable once received, except in cases of proven error or fraud.
Donors are entitled to receipts and applicable tax benefits as per the Income Tax Act, 1961 (where applicable).


Use of Funds Funds collected by the Trust will be utilized strictly for educational, charitable, and social purposes, including scholarships, welfare programs, community services, and administrative needs. The Trust ensures financial accountability and transparency in all expenditures.


Responsibilities of Participants and Beneficiaries Beneficiaries must use scholarships, educational materials, or assistance for the intended purpose only.
Misuse of benefits, misrepresentation of facts, or violation of Trust rules may lead to cancellation of support and legal action if necessary.
Participants in Trust programs are expected to maintain discipline, respect, and ethical conduct.


Volunteers and Members Volunteers and members are expected to uphold the values of honesty, respect, and service.
The Trust reserves the right to terminate the association of any volunteer or member found misusing resources or engaging in misconduct.


Privacy Policy The Trust respects the privacy of donors, students, and beneficiaries.
Personal data shared with the Trust will be used only for record-keeping, compliance, and program-related communication.
The Trust will not share personal data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.


Intellectual Property All materials, content, and resources created or distributed by the Trust (including publications, study materials, and digital content) are the intellectual property of the Trust. They cannot be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without prior permission.


Limitation of Liability The Trust strives to ensure the quality of its services, but it shall not be held liable for any indirect loss, delay, or unforeseen issues arising from participation in its programs or activities.


Amendments The Trust reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be made available publicly.


Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts where the Trust is registered.
